When selling as-is is the right call

Common questions

Do we have to empty the house first?

No. That is the main reason families call us. Take what matters to you, leave the rest where it sits, and we handle the removal after closing.

What if the estate is still in probate?

Common, and not a problem. In Georgia the executor or administrator can usually sell once letters are issued, and we can put a contract in place before that and close when the court allows it.

How is a cash offer different from listing with an agent?

An agent will usually get a higher gross price on a house that shows well, minus commission, repairs, and the months it takes. We pay less than retail and buy in whatever condition it is in, with no fees and a date you choose. Which one nets more depends entirely on the house.

What if we would rather run an estate sale first?
